IMPORTANT NOTICE COVID-19

Sillars Properties takes the health and wellbeing of all its customers and employees extremely seriously and as a result of recent circumstances surrounding the Covid-19 Coronavirus our business is now operating a home working policy meaning our offices are closed for face to face contact. 

As we are operating on a limited workforce at present our phone lines are now only open from 10.00am until 2.00pm Monday to Friday to allow customers to make essential calls. Our team will still be operational during our usual hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm however conducting adminstrative duties to ensure as much continuity of service as possible. 

If you are a tenant with an emergency maintenance issue for example a gas escape, no heating or hot water, a roof leak or an electrical failure and no reported cuts in the local area please call 07835993815. We stress this is for emergency maintenance action only.
