Fully Integral handover process

We need to understand the terms and obligations of your existing block management agreement. After providing the appropriate period of notice we can then implement our agreement. This will already have been discussed with you, meetings held in a truly open and honest manner with the door always open for you to call to seek any clarification as we go along.

We will go through a handover checklist and itemise the services that we will provide. This will not only include maintaining the value of your property but also looking to increase it by regular site visits to include the provision of all our maintenance teams to undertake any work as quickly and efficiently as possible.

As with any relationship the initial stages are vital in cementing a true working partnership for the future. We need to have established both short term and long term plans and make sure that we work together towards the same goal.

Should your property have existing contractors that you wish to retain, all we ask is that they have suitable liability insurances and quality work is produced at rates that we would expect from our own contractors.

Our accounting services include the preparation and issuing of all service charge demands, with a credit control team in place to ensure prompt payment. Alongside this we are able to assist with your annual service charge budgets and issue annual income/expenditure statements.
